On Thursday, the 26th of March 2026, we will hold an Extraordinary General Assembly. During this General Assembly, the 41st Board will propose several amendments to the Statutes and the Bylaws of Cedo Nulli. Additionally, the 41st Board will present their plan for establishing chapters (disputen) within the association.
The relevant documents, containing the proposed amendments to the Statutes and the Bylaws and the plan for establishing chapters, were sent to you by email. We hope you will take some time to read these documents. This way, you can actively contribute to the Extraordinary General Assembly on the 26th of March 2026. We accordingly invite you to participate in the Extraordinary General Assembly. If you did not receive the documents, please send an email to secretary@cedonulli.nl.
Note that the proposed amendments can only be adopted if at least half of the members are present. If there are insufficient registrations to meet the required number of members, this Extraordinary General Assembly will be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, and a new Extraordinary General Assembly will be held on the 9th of April 2026.
The General Assembly will take place on the 26th of March on Woudestein Campus. The exact location will be announced at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. The meeting will start at 19:00.
