The last day of the Dies Week is "Off The Map Day", and this event certainly fits that theme! It marks the end of the Dies Week 2021, so we’re going out with a bang; an online cocktail workshop! During this event, you will be making three different cocktails with ingredients provided in a cocktail package, which you can pick up in Rotterdam a few days before the workshop itself. The workshop will be hosted by Restaurant Hudson Rotterdam and none other than the chairman of the Dies Committee; Ruud! So if you’re looking to blow off some steam, after our journey through the various continents, make sure that you sign up! The participation fee is €13 and includes the cocktail package.
