 rst ever Sustainability Track! If you want to learn more about sustainabi
 lity in creative\, educational and delicious ways\, this event is for you.
  There will be two fun and educational evenings in which you can learn abo
 ut food waste and sustainable fashion through an interactive program.  DA
 Y 1: On Thursday the 20th of February\, we will focus on the topic of f
 ood waste. We will visit restaurant Albeda Vipz and get a tour there\, and
  we will also have a three-course sustainable meal. More about Albeda Vip
 z: Albeda Vipz is one of Rotterdam's three restaurant run by the Albeda Co
 llege\, where students can practice for their hospitality or culinary stud
 ies with real customers and without food waste. They make use of many loca
 l and seasonal products\, and create delicious and creative dishes. If th
