Our fist Study Skills Support Training will be about energy and time-management. This training is developed by SPS-NIP and they will share their expertise in a 2 hour interactive training.
You will keep track of your energy distribution for a week prior to training, then look at it critically during the training and gain insight into your own basic psychological needs. The training is practical and full of tips on time management and ways to boost your energy. The result? A fully completed agenda for the following week and a lot of tools for better monitoring your own energy levels.
